The sponsorship of a POW is at the core of this international solidarity campaign.

 

To sponsor an Armenian POW is to protect him from cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment he is systematically subjected to while being imprisoned in one of the world's worst countries in terms of universal rights and freedoms, which is also suspected of using these men as hostages and blackmailers to obtain more and more concessions from Armenia and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).

Sponsoring an Armenian POW entails in particular communicating about the status of the POW, talking about him and his situation, and asking for his release.
